Today has AQ training again...
we have fun during training though it's still very tiring...
3 repeating circuits A before 10rounds of running,then 3 repeating circuits B for the ending part...
The gay fellow,Nijel keeps on making horny sounds and doing funny movements...
ShiWei can't take it,so he tells us to keep the gay at the bottom and we all lie on him...
Poor Nijel... XP
Go home around 11am plus...

Everytime chat with her,I will remember her laugh,which makes me feel happy too..
